Since 1980, Nick has focused his practice on representing individuals injured through the negligence of others. Whether it is a claim of medical malpractice or an automobile accident, Nick’s goal is always the same: to obtain full and fair compensation for his client.

Nick was named the “2016 Lawyer of the Year” for Southwest Ohio by Best Lawyers in America for Medical Malpractice-Plaintiffs.

In 2010, Nick received the prestigious Respected Advocate Award bestowed by the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys in recognition of a history of effective representation of clients and adherence to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. This award is particularly meaningful to Nick as it was awarded by the organized defense bar throughout Ohio.

Nick has consistently been selected among Ohio Super Lawyers and included in the top 50 lawyers in the Cincinnati area, as well as in Best Lawyers in America. Nick has earned the “AV Preeminent” status through Martindale Hubbell, the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.

Since 2012, Nick has been an adjunct faculty member at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, teaching Trial Practice Skills to law students aspiring to become trial lawyers. He previously served the University as a member of its Institutional Review Board for 28 years.

Nick has tried cases in Ohio, Kentucky and Georgia. He has successfully argued for his clients before the Ohio Supreme Court and in Ohio appellate courts. He is a published author on medical-legal issues and has lectured on the topic for many years.
